Protecting and caring for the environment is of great importance to us.
We implement a strategy for sustainable development. Our practices are based on the environmental policy outlined in the Environmental Management System, certified according ISO 14001:2004 standard.
We have installed photovoltaic systems on warehouses roofs, replaced conventional electric lamps with energy saving LED lamps, use systems of low energy profile and our facilities use energy which is produced exclusively by renewable sources. We use digital cloud technologies and recycled paper for the delivery and tax documents.
DIAKINISIS recycle all the litter and disposables. A recycling program is followed in the company and all waste materials (paper, plastic, cardboard, batteries, spare parts machinery & equipment) are gathered, compacted in presses if applicable, and collected by a recycling company.
